These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of NovaLab. By accessing NovaLab, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• NovaLab is invitation-only. Only approved annotators, PMs, and managers may use the platform.
• You may not transfer your login credentials or allow unauthorized access.

2. User Responsibilities

• Complete assigned annotation tasks in good faith and with accuracy.
• Respect confidentiality of client data.
• Do not download, copy, or share client data outside the platform.
• Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

3. Intellectual Property

• Client Data: All rights remain with the client. You acquire no ownership or usage rights beyond task completion.
• Platform IP: NovaLab software, workflows, and evaluation systems are owned by DeepReach Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Data Security & Confidentiality

• You must follow all confidentiality obligations regarding data you access.
• Breach of confidentiality may result in termination and legal action.

5. Evaluation and Monitoring

• Your work may be reviewed by both humans and AI models.
• We track your task performance, time, and quality for internal management purposes.

6. Termination

DeepReach Inc may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepReach Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
