• Usage Data: Includes time-tracking, progress metrics, and task performance.

• Assigning and managing annotation tasks.
• Evaluating annotation quality using human reviewers and AI systems.

• All data is securely stored in our managed cloud infrastructure.
• One client's data will never be shared with another client.
• Access is strictly controlled; annotators only access their assigned tasks.

• With Clients: Annotation results are shared only with the client who owns the data.
• With Service Providers: Limited sharing with trusted vendors who support hosting, storage, or analytics.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal request.

We do not sell or rent user or client data.
